Our Services

What we can arrange

We work with B2B partners and high-end direct clients, providing curated journeys, stays and experiences across Italy. Each project is built from scratch, depending on the client, the context, and what they are looking to experience.

Below are some of the ways we can work together:

  1. Bespoke Full Itineraries & Individual Experiences

We design tailor-made journeys across Italy – from multi-day itineraries to individual moments – spanning cultural, culinary, and more ways of experiencing the country (see below for inspiration). Whether it’s a journey across different regions, or a lunch in a historic estate, each is built around experiencing Italy at its finest.

  2. Exclusive Villa & Unique Property Rentals
Our network includes a curated selection of private villas, castles, and historic residences across Italy. These are not traditional hotels, but distinctive homes – often family-owned and rich in history and character. We source them through direct relationships and long-standing friendships, offering access to exceptional properties, many of which are not widely available through standard channels.
  3. Private Yacht Expeditions
We organize fully tailored yacht journeys across the Mediterranean – combining sailing, exploration, and unique experiences along the way.
  4. Private Events & Celebrations
We design and host private events and celebrations across Italy – ranging from intimate gatherings to larger occasions. These can take place in private homes, historic estates, or unique settings not normally used for events, always shaped around the context and the people involved.
  5. Additional Services
VIP transportation and assistance at airports, as well as special access such as after-hours visits and behind-the-scenes experiences. Beyond this, we handle any additional requests – shaped around the client and what they are looking to experience.

Ways to Experience Italy

Every experience we design is built around places and people that define this country and that you wouldn't normally encounter

Unique
Experiences

We focus on experiences that are unforgettable, inaccessible and genuinely worth your time - whether cultural, active, or more relaxed - always shaped by how a place is meant to be lived, not just visited.

Exceptional
Stays

Where you stay is part of the journey. From private villas to historic estates, we select places for their character, location, exclusivity and how they fit seamlessly into the overall experience.

Great
Food & Wine

Food is not an add-on - it’s part of how you understand a place. From a private chef, to a local farmer opening the doors of his kitchen, each moment is chosen for its authenticity and context.

Exclusive
Insider Access

Experiences that complete the adventure - from private dinners in historic residences to time spent in family-run wine estates, and after-hours access. Made possible through the relationships we’ve built.

Food

Italy is best understood through what is on the table - and who put it there. A farmer who cooks with what he picked that morning. A family recipe. A market visited at dawn with the chef who has been going there for thirty years. We build food into every journey, and for those who want to go deeper, we design experiences entirely around it.

blank

Wine

Italy has more native grape varieties than anywhere else in the world - and the people who know them best are rarely on a tour. We arrange cellar visits, private tastings, and time with estate owners who open their doors because, in many cases, they are family friends. From small boutique producers to some of the most celebrated estates in the country.

Art & Culture

Italy is one of the great cultural destinations in the world - and how you experience it makes all the difference. The archaeologist who spent years excavating the site you are visiting. The restorer working on a Caravaggio. A Princess who receives guests for lunch in her palazzo, surrounded by a collection assembled over generations.

Active

Whether it is a cycling route through Tuscany, a ski week in the Dolomites, a multi-day hike through the Apennines, or kitesurfing off the coast of Sardinia, we design active journeys around exceptional routes, guides who know the terrain intimately, and places to stay that are part of the experience - not just a base at the end of the day.

Artisans & Artists

Italy's greatest craft traditions are kept alive by individuals who have spent a lifetime perfecting them. A painter who invites you into his atelier. A ceramicist in Sicily whose techniques have been passed down through four generations. A tailor in Naples who still cuts everything by hand. Watching them work is one of the most fascinating ways into Italy.

On The Water

Italy has some of the most extraordinary coastline in the world - and the best of it is only reachable by boat. We organize fully tailored yacht journeys across the Mediterranean, with captains who know every inlet and every hidden cove. From a fishing village on the Sicilian coast accessible only from the sea, to a stretch of Sardinian coastline with no roads.

blank

Dolce Far Niente

A day by the sea. A long lunch that becomes dinner. A glass of wine on a terrace overlooking a vineyard that has been in the same family for generations. Italy is one of the great places in the world to do nothing well - and the art is knowing where to do it. We know exactly where to take you, the right accomodation, the right corner.

Cars

Some of Italy's most extraordinary landscapes are best seen from behind the wheel. Vintage Fiats through the streets of Rome, a classic car rally through the Tuscan hills, supercars along the Amalfi Coast. We design journeys built around cars - the routes, the machines, and the people who know them best, from collectors to craftsmen.

Private Properties

We offer a curated selection of fully serviced private properties across Italy, available for rent – accessed through our personal network and direct relationships with their owners.

About Us

We are Hans and Giacinta, two Italians born and raised in Rome, with a deep connection to the country and a natural curiosity for everything that defines it - its beauty, its contrasts, its people, and the way it is truly lived.

Toorigo is a Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Rome, specialized in designing and managing bespoke journeys across Italy - from full itineraries to standalone experiences, private property rentals, and celebrations. We operate across the entire country, from the Dolomites to Sicily, handling every aspect on the ground.

Our vision comes from how we grew up.

We were surrounded from early on by a side of Italy shaped by historic family estates, private collections, and people whose connection to a place goes back generations. Summers on the Sardinian coast. Winters in the Dolomites. Time spent in Tuscany in vineyards that had been in the same family for centuries. Lunches in Palazzos overlooking Rome owned by aristocratic families that had never seen a tourist. The kind of Italy most people would describe as the Dolce Vita at its best.

Growing up in that world, and spending time across Italy, gave us two things that are not easily replicated: a deep knowledge of the country - its places, its rhythms, the people who make it what it is - and an access to that side of Italy that most visitors never find. An access that comes not from a professional network, but from friendships, family ties, and relationships we simply grew up with. That is what led us to start Toorigo.

What we offer is a way of experiencing Italy that moves naturally between its most iconic places and those most visitors never reach - whether it's a first trip to the country or a journey across multiple regions. In our experience, what shapes it is always the same: the places you go, and the people you meet there.

Places
Alongside the iconic landmarks - and Italy has many worth seeing - there is another layer that most visitors never reach.

Some of these places are simply not accessible. They have never been open to the public, or they open only for the right person. A private art collection in Rome kept by the same family for centuries. A private villa on the Sardinian coast or a masseria in Puglia that has never appeared on any rental platform. A castle in Umbria, still inhabited by the same family for generations. A baroque palazzo whose upper floors no tour group has ever entered. A wine cellar visited with the man who has worked it for thirty years and who decides himself who comes through the door. These places exist because of relationships - with the families who own them, who care for them, and who decide who gets in.

Others are simply off the radar. Not secret, not exclusive - just unknown to most, and found only by those who know where to look. A single-table restaurant on the Amalfi Coast that has never needed a website. A ceramics workshop in Sicily passed down through four generations, with no presence online. A stretch of Sardinian coastline known only to the fishermen who grew up on it. A trattoria in Naples where the same families have been eating for thirty years and where you will never find a tourist.

Both come from the same thing: a deep knowledge of this country, and the relationships we have built - and inherited - across a lifetime spent living it.

People
These are not people we searched for or selected. They are people we know - from life, from family, from years of moving across this country and paying attention to it. The Princess who receives guests for lunch in her Palazzo overlooking Rome. The fisherman at the port where we spent every summer, who knows every inlet of that coastline and has no interest in being found online. The farmer who opens his home and cooks with what he picked that morning. The sculpturist in Florence whose work has been passed down through generations. The architect who shows you a city in a way even locals rarely see it. The painter who grew up in Rome invites you into his atelier for a live painting performance accompanied by an acclaimed violinist - and then pours you an Aperol Spritz after.

Winemakers, artisans, collectors, historians, boat captains - individuals with their own story and their own way of sharing it. People who sometimes open a door because they have the key. And sometimes because their story changes the way you see the place you're seeing.

This is first-hand knowledge of a country and personal relationships - from north to south - and it is what every journey we design is built around. From Italy's most celebrated landmarks to the places and people most visitors never encounter, whether it means a full journey across multiple regions, a single experience that requires a door to be opened, or a private property rented through our network.
